Sales commission and royalty tracking

1. Fees and Terms
   An initial setup fee and transaction fees apply. The transaction fee varies depending on the service plan. A monthly minimum fee applies. The setup fee and first monthly minimum are due with registration. Monthly minimum fees begin when the webstore is live or 90 days from the registration date, whichever occurs sooner.
2. Domain Names
   WebGear allows you to utilize a WebGear sub-domain under USPTGEAR.COM (and soon WEBGEARSTORES.COM) without any charge. Alternatively, you can use your own domain (you will be responsible for procuring and maintaining security certificates for secure shopping cart and credit card processing if relevant).
3. Webstore Design and Management
   WebGear provides you with professional design services to tailor the look and feel of your webstore to your specifications. The design time varies depending on the service plan along with the storage and data transfer bandwidth quantities. WebGear ensures site security and protection with regular data backups. You will have access to the administrative services of your website with a password protected administrative site where you can change product descriptions, prices and other features as well as access activity and other reports.
4. Product and Inventory Management
   WebGear offers you unlimited product categories, that can be individually displayed on the navigation bar of your webstore. Your webstore can include summary product category pages with thumbnail pictures and summary descriptions and prices along with detail product catalog pages with full descriptions, multiple product pictures if desired and drop down boxes with product features such as color and size. The catalog page will also display inventory availability based on a status that you can either manually input or can be determined based on the inventory balances tracked by the webstore. Under the Basic plan, you can maintain up to 200 product SKUs. Under the Premium plan, there are no limits on the number of SKUs; you can also setup kits that enable you to sell multiple products for one price; and you can enter your beginning balance and purchasing activity so the webstore will automatically track your inventory balances for each SKU. Under both plans, you’ll be able to upload your product data from excel or other text files as well as download your product data in the same formats; control which inventory items are displayed on your webstore; mark items for close-out so the system will remove the item from the webstore as soon as the last item is sold; and offer price discounts based on order quantities.
5. Credit Card Processing
   WebGear offers you the ability to use WebGear’s merchant account and avoid the costs of establishing and maintaining your own merchant account. If you use WebGear’s merchant account, funds will be transferred to you monthly. WebGear will also provide billing inquiry support for your customers and sales tax processing using WebGear’s tax accounts. Your WebGear webstore will also support your own merchant account, provided that it is compatible with VeriSign’s Payflowpro services. WebGear’s customers receive a discounted service plan through VeriSign. In addition, WebGear offers tools to automatically reprocess credit card failures and to notify customers when credit card failures occur.
6. Order Processing
   Your webstore will be equipped with WebGear’s proprietary shopping cart and checkout services. You will be able to review and approve orders before they are submitted for final processing and fulfillment. Orders can be sent to you via email or in daily batch files for fulfillment. You can export order data to other formats as well. You can offer several shipping options to your customers and the webstore can automatically generate UPS shipping labels for you. Under the Premium plan, you can export your orders to UPS World Ship, track accounts receivable and use the webstore to create sales quotes. Sales tax tracking reports can also be created for you.
7. Support For Your Customers
   Your Webstore will automatically send your customers order confirmation emails at the time their order is submitted. An online inquiry form will enable your customers to submit their questions to you online. Customers can also establish an account that will enable them to view the status of their order online; access their order histories online; and save their shipping and billing information for future use. When your customers’ orders ship, they will be sent an email informing them of the ship date and shipment tracking number if relevant.
8. Activity Reports
   WebGear offers dozens of standard reports that will enable you to track order activity and sales data by time period, customer or product. Reports can be customized. In the future, WebGear will also be able to give you page view and referring site statistics.
9. Merchandising Services
   In the near future, Premium plan customers will be able to sell Gift Certificates that will be automatically tracked online as well as cross selling opportunities to display related products to customers based on the products they add to their shopping cart.
10. Marketing Services
    WebGear will design and issue promotional emails to promote your webstore to your customer list. You can upload your existing customer email list. The number of email promotions varies depending on the service plan. WebGear will also assist you to setup search engine pay for performance ads and to optimize and submit your site to search engines.
11. Email
    Premium plan clients will receive complementary email accounts that support POP and SMTP email access.
